Warm Potato and Swiss Sausage Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
Small Clove Garlic, finely chopped
1/4 c Olive Oil
800g Washed Gourmet Potatoes, halved
4 Cheese Viennas, sliced
Gherkins
3 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1tbsp Capers
3 tbsp Wine Vinegar
Directions:
Panfry sausages in a little olive oil until hot and browned, thinly sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
Drain and allow to steam dry.
Put everything into a large salad bowl and mix gently.
