Tri-Coloured Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt for seasoning Pepper for seasoning 3 tbsp Extra Vigin Olive Oil
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (sliced the same quantity as tomatoes) A handful of fresh Basil leaves 4 Large Tomatoes, thickly sliced 1 Avocado, thinly sliced 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions: Arrange sliced tomatoes on a platter.
Top each tomato with a slice of avocado and a slice of mozzaralla.
Drizzle with the olive oil and vinegar.
Grind over fresh salt and pepper.
Top with a basil leaf.
