Mia's After School Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 - 1c Milk
1 Banana
Fresh Strawberries
1/4 c Plain Unsweetened Yoghurt
Directions:
Place strawberries and banana into the blender with some ice.
Add the yoghurt and milk.
Blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into tall glasses
