Lucy's Melting Moments Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Pita Pocket
Grated Mozzerella Cheese
50g Chopped Shaved ham
50g Pineapple Pieces
1 Tomato cut into pieces
1 small tub Tomato Puree
4 Button Mushrooms, sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
On a tray lay a pita pocket for the base.
Spread on the tomato puree (if puree is too thick, thin it with some tomato sauce)
Sprinkle all ingredients over the base and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
