Hot and Spicy Chicken with Bacon and Peach Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp Chilli Seasoning
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Worcester Sauce
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 tbsp Sweet Thai Sauce
8 Pieces Corn on the Cob
1 Small Red Onion
4 Slices Bacon, rind removed
4 tbsp Tomato Chutney
8-10 Chicken Portions
1 tbsp Minced Chilli
410g Can Peach Slices

Directions:
For the chicken:
Pour the juice from the peaches into a saucepan, add the remaining glaze ingredients and bring to the boil, simmer until rich and syrupy.
Place chicken onto a baking tray lined with cooking paper.
Brush over the glaze, bake at 180c for 20 minutes (thighs, drums) or 30 minutes (legs), brushing over plenty of glaze during cooking.

For the salsa: Cook the bacon alongside the chicken until golden, then chop.
Chop the peaches, mix with bacon and remaining salsa ingredients ( chilli, parsley, chilli sauce, red onion )
Cook the corn as per packet directions, butter and season.

Serve with the chicken and salsa with warm bread rolls.
