Frozen Fruit and Coconut Yoghurt recipe - free food recipes with Foodtown Online
This frozen yoghurt works well with fresh or canned fruits. For a creamy yoghurt, replace the coconut cream with fresh cream.

Frozen Fruit and Coconut Yoghurt Recipe

Ingredients:
410g Can Fruit, your choice
440g Can Pineapple pieces, drained
400mls Coconut Cream
500mls Yoghurt, your choice
50mls Cream, whipped
1 1/2 tbsp Caster Sugar
Fresh Pineapple to serve
2 Apples

Directions:
Blend fruit, pineapple and sugar. Mix in half the coconut cream and yoghurt. Pour into a freezer container, cover, freeze for 1 hour. Remove and whisk well, mixing in the frozen sides. Return to freezer and repeat process twice until yoghurt is solid. Place in fridge for 30 minutes. Scoop and serve with pineapple.
