Creamy Tuna Pasta Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1½ c Grated Tasty Cheese
Zest of 1 Lemon
3 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 c Thawed Frozen Peas & Whole Kernal Corn
2 x 185g cans Tuna in Spring Water, drained and broken into chunks
400g Penne Pasta, boiled until al dente in plenty of well salted water, drained
540g jar of Dolmio Tuna Pasta Bake Sauce
250ml Cream

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the oil in a frying pan over moderate heat and add the onion, zest, garlic and parsley.
Fry gently for 10 minutes until
the onion is soft.

Pour this mixture into a large ovenproof casserole dish. Add the peas, corn, tuna, pasta, Dolmio sauce and cream.
Mix well but don't mash the
tuna pieces.

Sprinkle the cheese on top and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until everything is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
