You can make a variety of these desserts by changing the yoghurt and the chocolate - try white chocolate and apricot - mmmm delicious!

Coffee and Double Chocolate Truffle Cups Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Heaped tsp Instant Coffee
1/4 Cup Chopped Hazelnuts
600mls Cream, whipped
250g Plain Chocolate
50mls Cream Latte Yoghurt
Directions:
Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a pan of boiling water.
Mix in the coffee.
Place all the ingredients except hazelnuts into a bowl and fold them carefully together.
Check the sweetness, then spoon into the prepared cups.
Sprinkle over the hazelnuts. Chill for 4-6 hours until firm.
Place the cups onto a saucer. Add a spoon and enjoy this rich and divine dessert.
