Chocolate Crackles Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c Kelloggs Rice Bubbles
1 c Coconut, dessicated
3tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 c Icing Sugar
250g Vegetable Fat
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the Kelloggs Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, cocoa and coconut.
Slowly melt the vegetable fat in a suace pan over a low heat.
Allow to cool slightly.
Add to rice bubble mixture, stirring well until well combined.
Spoon mixture into paper patty cases and refrigerate until firm.
