Chocolate Afghan Tartlets Recipe
Ingredients:
Icing Sugar to Garnish Olive Oil
6 Chocolate Afghans 1 Pkt Filo Pastry 2 Chocolate Dairy Food Tubs
Directions: Brush 6 ovenproof cups with oil. Line with 2 or 3 sheets of filo pastry overlapping at diferent angles. Place into a preheated 180c oven for 6-8 minutes until golden. Remove and cool. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, mix the two dairy foods and afghans together with a knife to create a marble swirl effect. When the filo is cooled, remove from cups and replace ( this helps when serving ). Spoon in the mixture. Chill for 1 hour or longer. Dust with icing sugar to serve
