Choc'n'Peach Indulgence Sundae Recipe
Ingredients:
180mls Light Milk
2 Chocolate Mousse Mix Sachets 4 Dessert Spoons Cream, whipped 425g Peach Slices, well drained, reserve juice 6 Tim Tam Biscuits, chilled 1/2 c Toasted Muesli
Directions: Place the milk and reserved peach juice into a mixing bowl. Add the mousse mix to combine, then beat well until light and fluffy. Fold in the muesli, then spoon layers into sundae glasses, adding 3-4 peaches as you go. Finish with a layer of mousse. Chill for 1-2 hours. Decorate with the whipped cream. Add a Tim Tam to each, and break the remaining 2 biscuits and crumble over the top. Serve immediately.
