250g Cream Cheese 600mls Vanilla Custard 200g After Dinner Mints 600mls Cream, whipped 50 mls cream whipped Zest of 1 lemon & 1/2 cup water 410g Canned Fruit, your favourite Zest of 1 Orange 2 Apples
Directions: Whisk the cream cheese, zest and custard together until thick and creamy. Drain the canned fruit, spoon fruit into heat proof cups or ramekins. Spoon over the custard mix, add two After Eight mints on top and grill under a medium grill until the chocolate melts. Remove and chill. Just before serving, decorate with mint leaves and a dusting of icing sugar.
