Beef Schnitzel, Baby Corn and Pak Choy Stirfry Recipe
Ingredients:
Garlic, crushed
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
600g Beef Schnitzel, cut crosswise in wide strips
1/2 c Baby Corn, drained
Peanut Oil
1/4 c Oyster Sauce
4 Small Shanghai Pak Choy, cut in half
Directions:
Mix the beef, soy sauce and garlic together.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat a wok to very hot and add a little oil.
Cook the beef in two batches until brown, removing to a plate.
Wipe wok clean then add a little more oil.
Stirfry the pak choy and baby corn and return the beef to the wok.
Add the oyster sauce and a dash of water.
Cook for 1 more minute and serve on noodles or rice.
