Banana and Chocolate Chimichangas with Pineapple Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c Soya Oil
3 Bananas Icing Sugar to dust 1 Pkt Burritos 250g Chocolate 1/2 c Diced Pineapple 150g Yoghurt
Directions: Lay the burritos onto a bench, chop the bananas and cube 1/4 of the chocolate. Place into the burritos, roll and fold to enclose the filling. Heal oil and shallow fry for 1/2 minutes each side. Drain on paper towel. Mix the yoghurt and pineapple together, serve with the banana and chocolate chimichangas. Dust with icing sugar, garnish and serve.
