Baked Peaches with Raspberries and Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
3tbsp Caster Sugar
Berry Sorbet
1/2 c Raspberries
4 Ripe Peaches, cut in half, stones discarded
Juice of 1 Orange
Directions:
Place peaches cut side up in an oven dish.
Sprinkle the sugar over the peaches then drizzle with the orange juice.
Bake at 190ºC for 12 – 15 minutes until tender but not collapsing.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Arrange peaches on plates with some cooking juices.
Place a small scoop of sorbet in each peach and scatter raspberries around them.
